Our Moving Services in Palm Jumeirah
Apartments fill the trunk, and villas line the fronds. Each needs a different crew, truck and plan.
Around 1,500 villas sit along the 17 fronds, many with marble floors and heavy outdoor furniture. Our crews pad glass and marble tables and wrap garden sets so frames do not scratch. As Palm Jumeirah movers and packers, we plan each villa job around the carry route to the truck.

Moving Into a New Handover
Serenia Living and Six Senses Residences will be handed over in 2026. The three Palm Beach Towers by Nakheel are targeting Q4 2026. New buildings often have new lift rules, so we call building management early.
We pack every room, take beds and wardrobes apart, and move everything. At the new home, we rebuild furniture, place each item where you want it and refit split ACs.
Every Zone on Palm Jumeirah Has Different Rules
The Palm has a trunk, 17 fronds, and an outer crescent. Every truck comes in over the Gateway Bridge from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street. The crescent is reached through a 1.4 km tunnel under the sea.
Shoreline Apartments
- 20 buildings on the east side of the trunk, near the Al Ittihad Park monorail stop
Golden Mile
- Linked 11-storey buildings on the west side of the trunk, above Golden Mile Galleria
- The Galleria can get busy in the evening, so we prefer early loading

A 1 ton pickup carries one or two pieces or a Dubizzle buy. A 1.5 ton pickup fits a studio or a small one bedroom move. Both are open.

Long Waits for the Service Lift
Some trunk buildings share service lift slots between several moves. If the lift breaks, we use the stairs only when safe, or we move the slot.
Trucks Turned Away at the Gate
A truck can be delayed when the permit is missing or a name is off the security list. We check both the evening before.
Careful Handling of Marble, Glass and Heavy Items
Palm villas and apartments may contain marble tables, glass wardrobes and large mirrors. We wrap them twice, add corner guards and carry them upright.
Trunk Traffic and Summer Heat
One bridge links the island to the mainland, so trunk traffic can slow trucks. From 15 June to 15 September, the midday break stops outdoor work from 12:30 pm to 3 pm. So summer moves start early.

Do I need separate moving insurance?
Usually not. Our repair or replace promise covers damage our crew causes. For art, jewellery or very high value pieces, buy a policy that covers your belongings, not just the transport.
Can you disconnect and reconnect washing machines, cookers and split ACs?
Split ACs, yes. We remove and refit them as part of a full move. Gas cookers need a licensed gas technician to connect them safely.
Can you move my things out of another company's storage unit?
Yes. Send us the storage address and unit number. Ask the storage company to add our crew to their access list. We collect and deliver to your Palm home.
