What If I Find Damage a Few Days After the Move?
Boxes often stay packed for a few days, and that is normal. If you find damage when you unpack, follow these three steps.

Send them on WhatsApp. Do this within 48 hours of the move.
We fix it. We reply within 24 hours and arrange a repair or replacement.
Found it after 48 hours? Message us anyway and we will look into it.
Planning Your Move in International City

Best Time to Move
Start early. Morning moves beat the heat and rush-hour traffic on Al Awir Road.
Summer: From 15 June to 15 September, the UAE midday break stops outdoor work from 12:30 pm to 3 pm.
Fridays: Prayers start at 12:45 pm. A morning slot or a start after prayers works best.
Busy season: October to April is busier, and the last days of each month fill up fast.
Documents and Building Permits
Moving out: Apply to deactivate DEWA and pick your move-out date. DEWA sends the final bill within 24 working hours.
Moving in: Register the Ejari for your new flat, then activate DEWA there.
Your building: Ask building management about a move permit and allowed moving hours.
How Far in Advance Should You Book?
For a studio or 1BHK, 3 to 5 days ahead is usually enough. For a 2BHK or a townhouse, book 1 to 2 weeks ahead. In the busy season or at month end, book earlier.

Parking and Truck Access
Parking in International City is paid under parking zone 621Q. Paid hours are from 8 am to midnight. Fees start at AED 2 for 30 minutes and reach AED 25 for 7 hours or more. Parking is free on Sundays and public holidays.
